At 16:30, the customer collects their car and thanks you for fitting it in. You hand over the keys, take payment, and turn to the next job. Their experience could help the next driver choose your garage.
Make the review invitation part of finishing the visit. Maya prepares the request and your replies; you approve the wording on WhatsApp. The good work gets a clear route onto your Google profile.
Make it easy for customers to tell their story
The useful moment is close to the completed job, while the details are fresh. Keep your review link ready at the desk and in the message you send after the visit.
A customer can then share what mattered to them: the explanation, the appointment, the repair, or how your team treated them. Their own words give the next customer something real to go on.
Put your review link within reach
Open your verified Business Profile and find the review-request option. Copy the link or download the QR code. Try it on your own phone, then place it where your team can find it when a job is finished.
Give completed jobs the same invitation
Choose a consistent point after the service is delivered. Add it to your completion routine so the request gets sent alongside the receipt or follow-up. Record the invitation beside the job for the rest of your team.
Ask in one plain message
“Thank you for visiting us. If you would like to share your experience, here is our Google review link.” Add the real link and let the customer describe the visit in their own words. Keep the request easy to read on a phone.
Give each invitation room to work
Check the request record before sending. That keeps reception, the till, and your own phone working from the same list. The customer receives one clear invitation and chooses when to respond.
Reply like the owner of the business
Read the specific point the customer made. Thank them, answer the question, or offer a private conversation where that would help. Maya prepares the wording so you can review it between jobs and say OK.
Google explains the process in its Review guidance and contribution policy.
Help the next customer choose you
Google lists relevance, distance, and prominence as local ranking factors. Keep your business details current alongside your review routine. A shopper needs the opening hours; a driver needs to know which repairs you do.
Track completed jobs, invitations sent, and new reviews over the same period. You can see whether your team is remembering to ask and which customer questions deserve attention.
Have the request ready when the job is done
At 16:30, Maya prepares the invitation from your completed-job list. You approve on WhatsApp and get back to the next customer. Marketing costs €250 per month, all in, including the preparation and upkeep.
Two Tuesday colour appointments are open. Book yours when it suits you.
